The Heathrow 500

2010

 

The Heathrow 500, our second event of 2010, was an great tournament.  This year 62 MGA members participated — a great turnout.

 

First place winner was Jeff Rohe with +6 points.  Steve Rhodes came in second with +5 points. Tied for third was Glenn Roy and Ryan Rue with +4; Kevin Patterson captured fifth place with +3 points and Gene Curcio, Warren Edwards, Brad Cooper and Ken Cupples tied for sixth place with +2 points.

 

This year a team competition was added.  It was won by Chad Ibbotson, Ryan Rue, Tony Schissel and Tom Wilson with a combined score of +1.  Tied for second place were the teams of Jeff Rohe, Nate Rohe, Jerry Thurston, and Dave Czech and Brad Cooper, Mark Kapatoes, Ed Lachcik, and Warren Edwards. Both had a combined score of –1.

 

Winner of the closest to the pin competition on hole #4 was Glenn Roy.  Jim Hyllested won on hole #15.
